Before construction, it is necessary to carefully check whether molds and other construction equipment meet the requirements for use, and whether the rust removal of the equipment, the welding and installation of tortoise shell nets and anchor nails are qualified. Once everything is ready, you can refer to the following construction methods for construction.
①A forced mixer should be used for mixing. The mixer needs to be cleaned in advance and rinsed with water, and lime, silt, Portland cement and other impurities must not be mixed in.
② According to the size of the mixer and the construction conditions, the mixing volume should not exceed 100kg each time.
③Pour each component of the refractory ramming material into the mixer, dry mix for 3 minutes, then add the liquid binder, and the wet mixing time should not be less than 5 minutes until the mix reaches a construction level.
④The mixed ramming material must be used within 15 minutes.
⑤ The wet material that has initially set must be discarded. This wet material must not be mixed with liquid binding agent and reused.
⑥The construction environment temperature should be between 10 and 30°C. When the temperature of the materials and the ambient temperature of the construction site are too low or too high, appropriate measures should be taken.
① Use a wooden mallet or rubber mallet to pound tightly during construction. When applying or pounding, the thickness of the lining should be checked at any time, and the thickness should be uniform and the surface should be smooth. It is strictly prohibited to apply water, cement slurry or dry cement on the surface.
② For lining construction with a tortoise shell mesh structure, the area of the tortoise shell mesh lining material should not be too large each time. It should be filled in at one time and compacted hole by hole to make the lining surface flush with the tortoise shell mesh. When construction is interrupted, the remaining materials in the tortoise shell net in the unconstructed parts should be cleaned up.
③Set expansion joints according to construction requirements, and fill them with ceramic fiber blankets.
①After the construction is completed, it shall be naturally cured at room temperature for 3 days. It is strictly prohibited to spray water.
②The maintenance environment temperature should be above 20℃ as much as possible. When the ambient temperature is lower than 20°C, the curing time should be appropriately extended or other corresponding measures should be taken depending on the hardening situation.
① Baking should be carried out according to the relevant temperature rise curve to avoid rapid temperature rise, otherwise internal damage or explosion may occur.
② When the curing temperature is too low, the low-temperature baking time should be extended and the heating rate should be slowed down.
③Proper ventilation must be maintained during baking to facilitate moisture removal.
④ During the drying process, if the temperature drops, do not speed up the heating to catch up.
