Description

70 high alumina brick is a kind of neutral aluminum refractory brick material with alumina content above 70%, which is made of bauxite as the main raw material after forming and calcining. High refractoriness

70 high alumina bricks have higher refractoriness than clay bricks, reaching 1750~1790℃, which belongs to high-grade refractory materials.

High load softening temperature

The load softening temperature of 70 high alumina bricks is 1420~1520°C. With the increase of AL2O3 content, the load softening temperature increases. Because of the high content of Al2O3 in high alumina bricks, the impurity mass is less, the formation of fusible glass phase is less, so the load softening temperature is higher.

Good slag resistance

70 high alumina bricks in Al2O3 more, close to the neutral refractory materials, can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag, due to the inclusion of SiO2, so the ability to resist alkaline slag than the ability to resist acidic slag is weaker.AL2O3 content increases, the impurity is reduced, the slag resistance is enhanced.

Application

70 high alumina brick has good slag resistance and high thermal stability. It is mainly used for the lining of blast furnace, hot blast furnace, electric furnace roof, blast furnace, reflector furnace and rotary kiln. In addition, 70 high alumina bricks are also widely used as heat storage lattice bricks for flat furnaces, plugs for pouring systems, spout bricks and so on.
