Fused mullite bricks are a kind of high-alumina refractory material for high-temperature equipment in glass industry, petrochemical industry and so on. It is characterized by high refractoriness, good thermal shock resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
Fused mullite brick is a high-performance refractory material made by high-temperature melting and special treatment. Fused mullite bricks have excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties and are an indispensable and important material in the field of high-temperature industry. Fused mullite bricks are mainly used in high-temperature kilns, furnace roofs, furnace bodies, furnace bottoms, glass melting kiln heat storage chambers, ceramic sintering kilns, dead-end linings of petroleum cracking systems, and so on.
Fireramo, as a refractory brick manufacturer, has a wide range of fused mullite bricks with a wide range of alumina content, and we offer a customized service to meet the needs of different customers.
High refractoriness: fused mullite bricks have a refractoriness of 1790°C or more.
Good thermal stability: fused mullite bricks have a very low linear rate of change at different temperatures, which ensures that they are not susceptible to rupture or deformation during high temperature cycling.
Outstanding mechanical properties: fused mullite bricks have a high bulk density, high cold compression strength, and modulus of rupture, and are able to withstand the challenges of heavy loads and harsh working environments.
Excellent chemical stability: the chemical composition of the product, including SiO2 and CaO, is carefully proportioned to ensure that the fused mullite blocks exhibit good stability in a wide range of corrosive media.
Fused mullite bricks are widely used in high-temperature industrial fields such as iron and steel smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting, ceramic firing, and glass manufacturing. It can be used as the lining material of kilns and thermal equipment to withstand high temperatures and corrosive medium erosion, protect the equipment from damage, and improve production efficiency.
Glass industry: used in glass kilns, glass crucibles, and other high temperature equipment.
Petrochemical industry: gasification furnace, synthesized ammonia two-stage conversion furnace, carbon black reactor, and so on.
Burning method: Fused mullite bricks can be made by the burning method, which includes two methods of sintering and electrofusion.
High-frequency vibration pressurized molding: High-frequency vibration pressurized molding is used, the size is 230 x 114 x 65mm.
