FLM-15 chrome-zirconia corundum brick is a high quality refractory developed by Fireramo. Fireramo’s chrome-zirconia corundum brick combines the superior properties of chromium oxide, zirconium oxide and alumina to provide excellent resistance to high temperatures, abrasion, and chemical attack.
Fireramo strictly controls the composition of chrome zirconia corundum bricks to ensure that the content of chromium oxide (CrO₂) is ≥15% and zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) is ≥3%, while guaranteeing that the content of high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) is ≥80%, and restricting the content of silica (SiO₂) to ≤2%.
Excellent refractory performance: FLM-15 chrome zirconium corundum bricks can still maintain good load refractive index in high temperature environments above 1700℃, which ensures its long-term stable work under extreme conditions.
High density and low porosity: Fireramo chrome zirconium corundum bricks have a bulk density of ≥2.35 g/cm³, meaning that the bricks have a compact structure and an apparent porosity of ≤18%.
