We offer you high quality Fire Clay Bricks and sale & wholesale them at factory price. Inform us of your needs and you can also get customized Fireclay brick service.
Fireclay brick is a common type of refractory brick with an AL203 content of around 30%–48%. It is made from refractory clay and fired clinker through crushing, mixing, molding, and the firing process. Fireclay tiles are widely used in the construction of blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, and glass furnaces because of their low bulk weight, low heat capacity, good resistance to thermal shock, and resistance to scouring by air currents.
Fireramo’s fireclay refractory bricks are made of refractory clay (kaolin) and clay clinker with bonded clay, and are molded by both semi-dry and plastic methods. Fireclay bricks are baked at a temperature of 1250–1420 °C. Its refractoriness is generally in the range of 1580°C–1750°C, and it is characterized by a high load softening point, abrasion resistance, good heat resistance, and so on. As a manufacturer of clay refractory bricks, we offer you wholesale & export services at factory prices.
High alumina content: our fireclay bricks have an alumina content of 35%, 40%, and 42%, ensuring excellent refractory properties.
Low porosity: the porosity of the firecaly bricks is effectively controlled, resulting in a more compact structure, which enhances their resistance to erosion.
High strength: Fireramo clay bricks have excellent cold compression strength and are able to withstand high temperatures, high pressures, and other harsh environments to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
Excellent refractoriness: Under a 0.2 MPa load, Fireramo N-42, PN-40, and PN-35 series of clay bricks have refractoriness of 1400 °C, 1350 °C, and 1320 °C, respectively, which can satisfy the needs of various high-temperature kilns.
Stable linear change: Under high-temperature environments, Fireramo fireclay brick series products show a stable linear rate of change, which ensures the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Excellent cold compression strength: the PN-42, PN-40, and PN-35 series of fireclay refractory bricks have a cold compression strength of 45%, 35%, and 30%, respectively, giving them excellent stability at high temperatures.
Fireramo fireclay brick series are widely used in various high-temperature kilns and thermal equipment in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, and other industries. Whether in blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, or rotary kilns, clay bricks can provide solid protection for the equipment by virtue of their excellent refractory and slag resistance properties, ensuring the continuity and stability of production.
Metallurgical industry: blast furnace, hot blast furnace, rotary kiln, and so on.
Building materials industry: cement kiln, glass kiln, etc.
Chemical industry: kilns, reactors, etc.
Selection of raw materials: Selection of high-quality hard clay clinker.
Molding: Adopt the press molding process to form brick blanks.
Sintering: Put the brick blank into a high-temperature kiln for sintering to make it a solid refractory brick.
