Magnesia iron spinel bricks have won the trust of the majority of users with its excellent refractory performance, high strength and high thermal stability. Whether it is used in high temperature smelting, chemical reaction or building material firing, it can show excellent durability and reliability.
Fireramo magnesia-iron spinel bricks are high-performance refractory materials made of high-quality magnesium oxide, alumina, iron oxides and other main raw materials, which are produced through spinel synthesis reaction.Fireramo has two types of magnesia-iron spinel bricks, namely, MLJZ-R63A and MLJZ-R63B, which are of excellent refractoriness and thermal shock resistance. Both have excellent refractoriness and resistance to thermal shock, and are suitable for use in a wide range of industrial furnaces operating in high temperature environments.
High refractoriness: MLJZ-R63A magnesia-iron spinel bricks, magnesia content ≥85%, MLJZ-R63B magnesia-iron spinel bricks, magnesia content ≥80%, with a reasonable proportion of Al2O3 and Fe2O3, so that the products in the load of 0.2MPa, the refractoriness of up to ≥1660 ℃ and ≥1630 ℃ respectively.
Good thermal stability: The coefficient of thermal expansion of the two Fireramo magnesia-iron oxide spinel bricks is excellent at 1400℃. Meanwhile, in the thermal shock resistance test, the water cooling at 1100°C for 10 consecutive times as well as the water cooling at 950°C for 100 consecutive times maintains good resistance to cracking.
High density and strong hardness: the bulk density of MLJZ-R63A is ≥3.0g/cm³, and the cold compression strength is ≥50MPa; the bulk density of MLJZ-R63B is ≥2.9g/cm³, and the cold compression strength is ≥45MPa, which ensures that the bricks are sturdy and durable, and are resistant to pressure and abrasion.
Low porosity and high thermal conductivity: the apparent porosity of the two magnesium oxide iron spinel bricks are ≤16-17%, which effectively reduces the gas permeability and heat loss inside the material, and the thermal conductivity is 2.5W/(m-K), which is conducive to the rapid transfer of heat and improvement of thermal efficiency.
Magnesia iron spinel bricks are widely used in iron and steel metallurgy, cement rotary kilns, glass melting kilns, lime kiln, chemical kiln and other high temperature equipment lining masonry, especially suitable for high temperature, abrasion and chemical erosion of serious parts.
