RBSiC Roller is a kind of high temperature plate mainly made by silicon carbide powder of different particle sizes, with inorganic or organic carbon sources, through molding processes such as grouting, gel injection molding, isostatic pressing, and extrusion, etc., and degreasing, high-temperature reaction, silicon infiltration and sintering in a vacuum atmosphere (the temperature is usually 1600-1700℃), the material usually contains a certain proportion of free silicon. The RBSiC Rollers have no deformation after a long application time, which the service life is 10-15 times more than alumina rollers.
It is suitable for burning zone of roller kilns for firing lithium battery materials, daily ceramics, sanitary ceramics, architectural ceramics, glass, and magnetic materials, etc.
