25 Tons of Acid Resistance Bricks Were Sent to Our Russia Customer

In August, one of our Russian customers ordered a batch of 25 tons acid-resistant bricks, which are mainly used for autoclaves construction. The customer requires the products to have good acid resistance and high temperature resistance. After checking the requirements carefully, we quickly confirmed the product material and arranged production./

Though the total quantity is not large, there are 6 types of shapes needed to be prepared.Some of the shapes are complicated.The molds were prepared first,then forming, drying,firing and selecting.

After the production was completed, we helped our customer to conduct product appearance and weight inspection. Our factory laboratory also conducted physical and chemical index testing. We then randomly selected 2 samples and sent them to the National Refractory Materials Inspection and Testing Center. The final results showed that the indicators of our acid-resistant brick were completely higher than the customer’s requirements.

All the inspection documents were finally shared to our customer.They are very satisfied with the products and highly praised our products and work.

At present, all the products were packed well and sent to our customer.After receiving this batch of bricks, the customer plans to book another batch of refractory bricks.
