In June, our Argentinian customer ordered a batch of special shape silicon carbide bricks for steel plants. They have very high requirements for the performance of the products. By analyzing customer’s usage, our technicians adjusted the raw material ratio to enhance product performance. In order to meet their tolerance requirements, we conducted 3D mapping before production of the products. After confirming the model and tolerances, we arranged the production of the molds. With precise molds, all products are produced correctly based on preliminary technical discussions. After continuous efforts, the finished products finally all met the customer’s requirements.
Since the customer cannot go to our factory for inspection, we conducted random inspection before shipment, and sent the inspection documents to them. Our clients highly praised and affirmed our overall work.
