Extremely low impurities: SiO2, Fe2O3 and other impurities are strictly controlled at a low level, which effectively prevents the structural deterioration of the brick body under high temperature environment and enhances its high temperature stability.
Excellent physical properties: Fireramo zirconia mullite bricks have an apparent porosity as low as ≤17% and a high bulk density of ≥3.10g/cm³, which provides good heat insulation and heat preservation and high strength, with a cold compression strength of ≥90MPa, ensuring that the brick can still maintain a stable form under extreme working conditions.
Extremely high refractoriness: Fireramo zirconia mullite bricks have a refractoriness of more than 1630°C under a load of 0.1 Mpa, and at the same time, the permanent linear change in reheating at 1500°C is very small, only ±0.3%, which shows excellent high-temperature performance and stable dimensional accuracy.
Excellent thermal stability: the thermal expansion of Fireramo zirconia mullite bricks from 20 to 1000°C is controlled within the range of 0-0.6×10-6, and the average value of thermal conductivity at 800°C is ≤2.19W/(m-K), which shows superior thermal stability and an energy-saving effect.
