Fireramo offers you three kinds of fused zirconia corundum bricks with ZrO2 content of 33%, 36% and 41% respectively. You can also tell us your requirements and get the customized service of fused cast zirconia corundum bricks with free samples!
Fused Cast zirconia corundum brick is a refractory material whose main chemical composition includes Al2O3, ZrO2, SiO2 and other materials. Fused zirconia corundum refractory bricks have high refractoriness and corrosion resistance, and are able to withstand high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosive environments, making them a high quality refractory material.
High density
The density of fused zirconium corundum bricks is usually around 3.65-3.7g/cm3, with high density and compact structure, which has high refractoriness and erosion resistance.
High hardness
Fused zirconia corundum refractory bricks have high hardness, which can resist the erosion and scouring of molten glass and prolong the service life of glass kiln.
High heat resistance
Fused Cast zirconia corundum firebricks have high heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures up to 1800°C (3272°F). It can maintain stable chemical properties at high temperatures and is suitable for high temperature environments such as high temperature glass furnaces.
Corrosion resistance
Fused zirconia corundum bricks have good resistance to acidic and alkaline media as well as glass liquids, and can effectively prevent erosion and corrosion of molten glass.
Glass industry
Fused zirconia corundum firebricks are widely used in the glass industry, especially in glass kilns, for important parts such as upper pool walls, small furnace flat swans, small furnace stacks, tongue swans and breast walls.
Ceramic industry
Fused Cast zirconia corundum bricks are also used in the ceramic industry, for example, as kiln furniture and linings for ceramic kilns.
High temperature kilns
Fused Cast zirconia corundum bricks are also used in high-temperature furnaces, such as those in the metallurgical, coal and petrochemical industries.
Aerospace
Fused zirconia corundum refractory bricks are also used in aerospace applications, e.g. in the manufacture of refractory materials for high temperature gas turbines.
Fused zirconium corundum bricks can be divided into different grades according to the ZrO2 content, such as containing 33%, 36%, 41% of the three levels, but also into grades containing 30%, 40%, 50%.
