Professional production of many types of ceramic fibre blankets, using high-quality ceramic fibre materials, with low impurities, high temperature resistance, excellent thermal insulation properties, etc., suitable for all kinds of high-temperature environment equipment insulation and furnace lining.
Fireramo manufactures ceramic fibre blankets in three main series: 1260 STD, 1260 HP and 1430 HZ. The three types of ceramic fibre blankets are suitable for high-temperature insulation in different operating temperature classes. These ceramic fibre blankets are designed on the basis of different chemical compositions to ensure excellent thermal insulation and long-lasting durability in specific temperature ranges.
Fireramo Ceramic Fibre Blankets Product Features
Various chemical compositions: 1260 STD blanket mainly consists of more than 44% of Al2O3 and ≥96% of Al2O3+SiO2, while 1260 HP blanket further increases the Al2O3 content to ≥45% on top of that; 1430 HZ blanket, in addition to containing ≥34% of Al2O3 and ≥85% of Al2O3+SiO2, also specially adds ≥15% of ZrO2, which greatly improves the refractory and antioxidant properties.
Low impurity content: All Fireramo ceramic fibre blankets strictly control the content of impurity elements such as Fe2O3+RTiO2, K2O+Na2O, etc., to ensure that the material has excellent chemical stability under high temperatures.
Suitable density: Depending on the type of ceramic fibre blanket, the density ranges from 80kg/m³ to 160kg/m³, which meets the requirements of lightweight and provides good heat insulation.
Clear classification temperatures: 1260 STD and 1260 HP blankets are classified at 1260°C, while 1430 HZ blankets are classified up to 1430°C, allowing them to be targeted for use in industrial furnace linings or other high-temperature equipment in the appropriate temperature class.
Excellent thermal properties: With a low shot content and consistent fibre diameter (3.5 microns), ceramic fibre blankets have excellent thermal stability, and linear changes in permanent heating are well controlled at high temperatures. In addition, as the temperature rises, its thermal conductivity gradually increases but remains low, effectively insulating the heat transfer.
Reliable Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ranges from 0.04 to 0.075 MPa, which ensures the structural stability and durability of the product during installation and use.
Ceramic fibre blankets are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, ceramics, glass, aerospace, and other industries for high-temperature kilns, thermal equipment, pipeline insulation systems, and other occasions that require high-efficiency heat insulation.
