High-quality ceramic fibre tape, professional high-temperature resistant heat-insulating material, selected high-purity ceramic fibre compounded with FG glass fibre or SS stainless steel reinforcement, suitable for 1260℃ classification temperature, 500-600℃ high-temperature use scenarios.
This ceramic fibre tape is a carefully designed and precision manufactured high performance refractory and thermal insulation material. This ceramic fibre tape is particularly suitable for sealing, insulating and protecting applications in extremely high temperature environments. Two types of reinforcement are available: the FG model is reinforced with high quality glass fibre, while the SS model is reinforced with high strength stainless steel wire.
Composition of high purity ceramic fibres with a high content of Al2O3 (Aluminium Oxide) of 45%-46% and Silicon Dioxide (SiO2) of 52%-53%, which together ensure excellent refractoriness and chemical stability of the product.
The total content of Al2O3+SiO2 reaches 98%, and the impurity elements such as Fe2O3 (iron oxide) are significantly reduced to 0.85%, which effectively enhances the high temperature resistance of the tape.
Optimised fibre structure, with a length of 75 mm and a diameter of only 5.2 microns, forms a highly efficient heat-insulating network, giving the tape good flexibility and resistance to thermal shock.
The density is controlled at 500-550 kg/m3, ensuring that the product is both lightweight and strong enough.
Classification temperature up to 1260 ℃, the recommended maximum use temperature range of 500-600 ℃, to meet the needs of various types of high temperature working conditions.
The water content is strictly controlled below 1%, and the organic content is ≤18%, which ensures that there is no release of harmful gases under high temperature environment, which is safe and environmentally friendly.
The thickness can be customised according to the actual needs, ranging from 1 to 6 mm, to adapt to the needs of diversified projects.
