In the middle of December 2023, one of our regular Russian customers ordered a batch of fused silica bricks. Since special-shaped bricks were involved, after we received the customer’s request, our technical department organized a meeting to analyze the customer’s drawings one by one to confirm the production dimensions. The production time of the fused silica brisk should be approximately 65 days. Considering that the Spring Festival is approaching and shipments will be affected, we made timely adjustments to the product production schedule and completed product production ahead of schedule.
After the production of all products was completed, we tested the size, appearance and physical and chemical indicators of the products. All the inspection documents were shared with our customers before shipment. After obtaining the customer’s permission, all products were packaged and shipped.Our customer is very satisfied with our work.
