Nitride bonded silicon carbide plates are a kind of new materials. It’s mainly made by high-purity SiC aggregate, adding with silicon powder and other additives, and firing in a nitriding furnace based on the in-situ generation theory. The product has excellent resistance to oxidation, alkali and CO corrosion.
It is widely used in the high temperature kilns/furnaces of ceramic, steel, nonferrous metal, chemical and other industries.
