RBSiC Plate is a kind of high temperature plate mainly made by silicon carbide powder of different particle sizes, with inorganic or organic carbon sources, through molding processes such as grouting, gel injection molding, isostatic pressing, and extrusion, etc., and degreasing, high-temperature reaction, silicon infiltration and sintering in a vacuum atmosphere (the temperature is usually 1600-1700℃), the material usually contains a certain proportion of free silicon.

- Excellent bending strength (3 times than that of quartz and other materials, with a higher bearing capacity)
- Max operating temperature 1380°C
- Excellent antioxidant
- Good chemical stability

- Good wear resistance
- Super hardness (>2500 GPa)

Application:
It can be used as the high temperature support plate for various kinds of daily porcelain kilns, electric porcelain kilns, etc.
