Fused silica sagger is a kind of high-precision and high-purity quartz material. The production method is to heat pure quartz sand in an electric furnace to melt above 1800℃ and then cut it by professional cutting equipment. Various specifications and sizes can be produced.The main chemical composition of fused silica sagger is SiO2, which does not act with other acids except hydrofluoric acid, and is easy to act with caustic alkalis and alkali metal carbonates.
It can be used for glaze burning of high-end daily-use ceramics, shaping of ashes porcelain products, loading of electronic ceramics, etc. It can also be used for calcination of lithium battery powder, high-purity hydroxides, rare earths, gold prospecting melt samples, precision alloy casting melt samples, etc.
