RBSiC Roller is a kind of high temperature plate mainly made by silicon carbide powder of different particle sizes, with inorganic or organic carbon sources, through molding processes such as grouting, gel injection molding, isostatic pressing, and extrusion, etc., and degreasing, high-temperature reaction, silicon infiltration and sintering in a vacuum atmosphere (the temperature is usually 1600-1700℃), the material usually contains a certain proportion of free silicon.
